Belorussia to Establish its Own Space Agency

:: 13.01.2010

Belorussia commences setting up its own space authority. Currently, the new structure is being reviewed and concurred by the state ministries. Though having no title yet, the structure is obviously to deal with space exploration and research issues, including application of the Belorussian satellite to be launched in spring. The satellite is developed and produced by Roscosmos’ NPP VNIIEM company.
